Welcome to the Women of the Word (WOW) website.  We are the women’s ministry arm of Meadowood Baptist Church, Midwest City, OK.

Our mission is to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of women through a ministry which is designed to help women grow their faith; develop friendships; and, serve their community.

We strive to accomplish our mission through a variety of events and church/community projects.

The ministry is guided by a team who are devoted to serving the needs of women, not only in the church, but, throughout the community, as well.
